Dear Patients,

Infection Control has always been a top priority for our practice.    Moving forward there are going to be many changes in the way we approach patient care.   Our office follows recommendations made by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, California Department of Public Health, and the American Dental Association.   We follow these agencies closely for up-to-date rulings and guidance.

Some changes you will notice are for both your protection as well as our staff.  Some of these include:

  • pre-screening
  • temperature check
  • pre-procedural rinse
  • social distancing
  • barriers and separation

Below are some important points to note:

  • Having a limited number of people in the office
    • You are also being asked not to bring children or other guests with you to your appointment.  We will limit the number of patients in the office at any given time to ensure timely placement in an operatory without having to wait in the reception area.  In the event this is not possible, we may ask you to wait in your car or outside safely.  Please be on the lookout for text messages alerting you if there is any need to wait in your car or adjust the time of your appointment
  • Universal Masking
    • We are requiring all patients and visitors to wear a face-covering or mask to their appointments.

These guidelines and recommendations are subject to change as the covid 19 pandemic evolves.  We will keep you informed.  Thank you for your cooperation!
